Creator & Author

David Robson

David grew up in Central New York where he enjoyed a regular diet of storytelling and laughter around the dinner table. He and his wife of 30 years live in Riverside, Rhode Island, where they raised their 3 children. They have gone on many adventures together and love telling stories to one another. Writing stories has been an unfulfilled passion for decades. When David and Sam started exploring what illustrations would look like for the stories he knew it was time to put that passion for writing into practice. He hopes you enjoy the result!

Samuel Rampelt

Samuel is a visual artist and designer passionate about storytelling. Trained as an illustrator at Rhode Island School of Design, he works as an illustrator and designer in both traditional and digital illustration. Samuel's favorite mediums are book illustration, comic books, and animation. When he's not drawing, you can find him wandering Rhode Island with his wife, Estelle, and analyzing historical architecture. Samuel's storybook inspiration comes from playing with his own siblings around his neighborhood in Pennsylvania, where each imaginary adventure was more complex than the last. Eventually those stories moved from his mind to the page. The rest is history.
